Boo hiss – I wish we could watch Puppy Bowl

My person hates Super Bowl.

And so today we found out about Puppy Bowl. For those of you who, like me, hadn’t heard of Puppy Bowl – according to Wikipedia – it’s an annual TV program on Animal Planet. Shown the afternoon of the Super Bowl, the show usually consists of footage of a batch of puppies at play inside a model stadium with commentary on their actions by Harry Kalas – a narrator for NFL Films and a commentator for Philadelphia Phillies radio broadcasts. The puppies featured in the Puppy Bowl are from shelters, and the show contains information on how viewers can adopt rescued puppies and help their local shelter.
